If you find a problem with your order, whether you change your mind after placing your order online or by phone, you can only cancel your order if the products have not been shipped. Return products
The products you bought from our online store were accompanied by a legal document (invoice or retail receipt). To return the products you bought from www.i-wear.gr in any way, you must have the relevant purchase document and send it to info@iwear-optics.gr.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period ends 14 calendar days after receipt of the product.

You can send the product to the store. After you pack the product, if it is unpacked, with its packaging materials, attach the sales document (invoice – receipt). We recommend that you use the courier service that delivered the product to you.
